INTERVIEW WITH TSW FAIR DIRECTOR

 In fact, the reality in which we have been operating for several months due to the coronavirus epidemic, many industry meetings, fairs and conferences are cancelled. Oikos - the TSW organizer is already preparing the next edition of this event. Why did you make this decision?

 

TSW is currently the largest event for the horticultural industry in the country, visited by over 16,000 people in the previous edition and it is hard to imagine that it would not take place on the scheduled January date. It is a kind of celebration for the horticultural industry and, especially in these difficult times of the pandemic, we cannot disappoint. We are monitoring the epidemiological situation on an on-going basis and we are aware that we must prepare for the restrictions related to the spreading of the coronavirus, although we still hope that it will not happen.

 

What is the reaction of companies to the news that preparations for the Nadarzyn Trade Fair, which are to be held on January 13 and 14, 2021, are already underway?

 

We meet with favourable reactions, which can be confirmed by the fact that by the beginning of July, over 150 exhibitors had registered for the fair. We guarantee business security and if the event date is postponed or cancelled, exhibitors will receive a refund of the stand fees (except for the registration fee). Of course, we will notify you of such changes at least two weeks in advance, so that exhibitors do not incur additional costs related to preparations for the event. We are pleasantly surprised by so much interest from companies, which is why I would like to thank the exhibitors for the trust they have placed in us at this difficult time.
