Thank you for registering at TSW 2023. On January 18 at 9.00 we are starting the largest event for fruit and vegetable growers in Central and Eastern Europe. Below we have prepared some organizational information that we hope will help you prepare for participation:
1. ID card / Admission ticket
By registering at TSW, you should receive a newsletter with an identifier that authorizes you to participate in the event.If you haven't received the message, please check SPAM or log in to your account on our website and download the identifier.You can print it, or if you are trying to be eco save the pdf on your phone.In both cases, after entering the fairgrounds (east or west entrance), show our staff one of the versions and feel free to enjoy all the attractions that the exhibitors have prepared for you.If you are eco, you can't miss our conference: Ecological and sustainable gardening - room no. 1, hall F
2. Location and opening hours of TSW
Kielce Trade Fair, Zakładowa 1 Street, 25-672 Kielce, January 18-19, 2023 TSW opening hours for visitors: Wednesday (January 18) 9.00-17.00, Thursday (January 19) 9.00-16.00
3. Access to the facility
Kielce Trade Fair can be reached by private, public transport or taxis.Right next to Targi Kielce, at the western terminal, there is a bus stop for lines 112, 21, 25.
4.Parking
You will be able to enter the Kielce Trade Fair area from two sides: gate 3 from Zakładowa Street and gate 6 from Kongresowa Street.There are many parking spaces around the Kielce Trade Fair facility, which can be used free of charge by exhibitors and event participants.Especially for you, we have separated a parking space, which we marked on the plan.
5. Entrance to the premises of TSW
Participants will be able to enter the exhibition halls from two sides: the eastern and the western terminal.At both entrances, we have organized professional service points for participants, which will be at the guests' disposal as early as 1 hour (from 8.00) before the start of the event.We have marked both entrances to the facility on the attached plan.
6. Cloakroom
A free cloakroom for TSW participants and exhibitors is located in hall C. We have marked the location of the cloakroom on the map below to facilitate your communication.
7. Catering
Restaurants in halls C, F and G will be available on the fairgrounds. We have also marked these important places on the floor plan.
8. Internet
We know how important contact with the environment is.At Kielce Trade Fair, we have prepared free internet especially for you, hoping that you will share your impressions of participation in TSW on your social media.
9.
