Assembly and disassembly

The exhibits will be assembled on 17th January 2023, from 9a.m. to 10p.m. (large structures - only until 6p.m.), according to a previously agreed schedule. The additional assembly day (16th January 2023) is possible only with the Organiser’s consent and upon payment of PLN 800 net/day from 9a.m. to 10p.m.

Combustion vehicles entering the exhibition hall have to indicate the so-called low fuel level. The Exhibitor may not connect or disconnect energy receivers to or from the facility grid.

The Exhibitor renting the undeveloped space in the hall and commissioning the construction of the stand to an Organiser independent contractor or using its own development is obliged to report the external contractor of the stand to the Organiser in the registration system by 30th December 2022.In such case the Exhibitor is obliged to:
deliver the stand construction design to the Organiser by 30th December 2022
obtain the Organiser’s approval (if the stand exceeds 2.5m in height)
obtain a written construction permit from the Organiser
provide neat white finish of the rear walls of the stand construction on their entire surface so that they do not interfere with the neighbouring stands
provide documents confirming fire safety of the construction elements and furnishing of the stand by 30th November 2022.

The disassembly of the stand (exhibits and equipment) can be started only after the end of the Fair on 19th January 2023 after 4p.m. The disassembly has to be completed by 10p.m. on 19th January 2023.

The Exhibitor is responsible for shutdown and disassembly of their stand as well as for disposal of their equipment and exhibits.Failure to comply with this obligation will result in charging the Exhibitor with the costs of disposal on the above-mentioned items.Equipment leased from the Organiser has to be left intact. As soon as the Fair is finished the Exhibitor is obliged to restore the rented exhibition space to its original condition.Any mechanical damage to the floor, facade, gate, wall or door will result in charging the Exhibitor with repair costs.  The elements of the stand construction and equipment left during the disassembly are considered abandoned property, which becomes the property of the TSW Organiser without any compensation.
Please remember to remove the tape from the exhibition space.The fee for leaving the tape is PLN 32 net per running metre.

Freight forwarding services

During TSW 2023 at Ptak Warsaw Expo freight forwarding, loading and unloading services by means of a lift truck will be performed only by Netlog Polska Sp. z o.o., which is licensed to operate on the premises of Ptak Warsaw Expo.
The price list of freight forwarding services is available at the Organiser's office and at Netlog Polska Sp. z o.o.

Car park

Exhibitors may use the car park free of charge during the Fair, including on the day of assembly and disassembly of a stand.It is forbidden to park lorries (over 3.5 tons) and passenger cars occupying more than one parking space in the car park next to the exhibition halls.Cars parked in unauthorised area will be towed at the Exhibitor's expense.The car park available for Exhibitors is unguarded.The organiser of the fair is not responsible for any damages caused to vehicles and property left in the car park area.
Exhibitors’ vehicles may remain in the car park at night after prior notification to Ptak Warsaw Expo office.Please check Ptak Warsaw Expo parking rates.
