TSW 2026 – Fruit and Vegetable Industry Trade Fair

1. Stand Assembly

  • 1. The Organizer undertakes to build and prepare standard shell scheme stands by 4:00 PM on 22 January 2026.
  • 2. 22 January 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, is a free assembly day for stands with custom-built structures or stands assembled independently by the Exhibitor.
  • 3. After 4:00 PM, i.e. between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM on 22 January 2026, Exhibitors may begin arranging and furnishing standard shell scheme stands rented from the Organizer.
  • 4. An additional assembly day, i.e. 21 January 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, is available only upon prior approval of the Organizer and subject to a fee of PLN 1,000 net per stand.
  • 5. Internal combustion vehicles entering the exhibition halls must have their fuel level reduced to reserve level only.
  • 6. Exhibitors are not permitted to independently connect or disconnect electrical equipment to or from the power supply within the exhibition facilities.

2. Badges, Personnel Registration and Access Rules

  • 1. All persons involved in the assembly and dismantling of stands must be registered online by the Exhibitor via the Exhibitor Portal: https://tsw.pl/login
  • 2. All persons present on the exhibition grounds are required to carry personal identification badges, which must be presented upon entry to and exit from the exhibition halls.
  • 3. Access to the Targi Kielce exhibition grounds during assembly days is permitted exclusively upon presentation of a valid Parking Card.
  • 4. The Parking Card must be displayed in a clearly visible place behind the vehicle’s windscreen at all times while parked on the exhibition grounds.
  • 5. On 21 January 2026, the Parking Card is valid only after payment for the additional assembly day.
  • 6. The Exhibitor is obliged to provide a Parking Card for each vehicle of the company carrying out stand construction.
  • 7. Parking Cards are generated independently by the Exhibitor via the Exhibitor Portal: https://tsw.pl/login
  • 8. Failure to present a valid Parking Card will result in the vehicle being towed away at the owner’s expense.
  • 9. The Exhibitor Service Office is located in the terminal building accessed from Zakładowa Street and will be open on 21 and 22 January 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

3. Custom-Built Stands and External Contractors

  • 1. An Exhibitor renting unbuilt exhibition space, including space for machine displays, and who:
  • commissions stand construction to a contractor independent of the Organizer, or
  • uses their own stand construction

is required to register the external stand contractor in the registration system by 31 December 2025.

  • 2. In the case of a custom-built stand, the Exhibitor is required to submit the stand design and the Contractor’s Declaration to the Organizer at tsw@tsw.pl by 31 December 2025.
  • 3. Stand constructions exceeding 2.5 m in height require written approval from the Organizer.
  • 4. The stand design must:
  • comply with applicable construction law, regulations and standards in force in Poland,
  • comply with the regulations applicable at Targi Kielce,
  • present the stand in at least three views, including height specifications,
  • be clear, legible and include the required technical descriptions,
  • indicate the location of power, water and compressed air connections.

4. Technical and Order Regulations

  • 1. The stand contractor is obliged to:
  • remove all waste generated during assembly,
  • clean the stand area and all communication routes,
  • segregate and properly dispose of waste.

Failure to comply will result in the Exhibitor being charged for waste removal by the Organizer.

  • 2. Any wall directly adjacent to a neighbouring stand must:
  • be aesthetically finished on the side facing the neighbouring stand,
  • be finished in white colour,
  • contain no advertising or promotional content.
  • 3. Stand construction must allow unrestricted access to all technical installations within the exhibition facility. If access is obstructed, the Organizer reserves the right to dismantle the stand at the Exhibitor’s expense.
  • 4. At the Organizer’s request, the Exhibitor is required to allow technical installations supplying other stands to be routed through their stand.
  • 5. Suspension of trusses, graphic elements, exhibits or other structures from the hall ceiling is permitted only:
  • in designated locations,
  • after prior consultation and approval by the Organizer.

5. Stand Dismantling

  • 1. Dismantling of the stand, exhibits and equipment may begin only after the close of the Trade Fair, i.e. from 4:30 PM on 24 January 2026.
  • 2. Dismantling must be completed by 10:00 PM on 24 January 2026.
  • 3. The Exhibitor is responsible for:
  • complete removal of the stand,
  • removal of all equipment and exhibits,
  • restoring the exhibition space to its original condition.
  • 4. Any damage to floors, façades, gates, walls or doors will result in the Exhibitor being charged for repair costs.
  • 5. Equipment rented from the Organizer must be returned in undamaged condition.

6. Abandoned Property and Adhesive Tape

  • 1. Any stand construction elements or equipment left after the completion of dismantling will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of the Organizer (TSW) without compensation.
  • 2. The Exhibitor is obliged to remove all adhesive tape from the exhibition surface. The fee for tape left behind is PLN 40 net per running metre.
