TSW 2027 is growing. Over 80% of exhibition space already booked

With four months to go before the 17th edition of the TSW Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair, over 80% of the exhibition space has already been booked by exhibitors.

TSW 2027 will take place across seven exhibition halls - from Hall 3, through the redeveloped Hall 7, to the new Halls 8 and 9. In some halls, only individual stand locations are now available, while Halls 3, 4 and 5 are completely sold out.

The scale of interest is clearly reflected in the largest stands. In the machinery segment alone, exhibitions of 100, 180 and even 300 m², such as the New Holland stand, are already planned.

Hall 9 - a new space for large-scale exhibitions

One of the key elements of TSW 2027 will be Hall 9, whose parameters open up completely new opportunities for exhibitors presenting machinery, equipment and extensive stand structures.

The new facility offers 15,500 m² of ground-floor exhibition space and approximately 3,000 m² of mezzanine area. By comparison, the existing Halls 3-6 each have around 5,500 m², but the number of square metres is not the most important factor - what matters is what exhibitors can do with them.

The hall is 15 metres high, and stand structures may reach up to 8 metres, including suspended elements. This means greater freedom in designing tall structures, screens, long-distance visible signage and striking product displays.

Logistics have also been designed with large equipment in mind. The hall is served by 7 entrance gates, each 5.3 m high. The floor has a load capacity of 100 kN/m², allowing heavy machinery and equipment to be displayed without the limitations typical of lightweight exhibition facilities.

Not just more square metres

Hall 9 has been designed to minimise elements that could restrict stand arrangement. Its regular layout and limited number of columns provide greater flexibility when building large island stands.

Exhibitors will also have access to electrical power, water, compressed air and internet infrastructure, meaning the utilities required not only for display purposes, but also for operating equipment and presenting it in action.

The mezzanine will also include conference rooms and accompanying spaces, including the Poland Fresh Contracting zone and an area for fruit and vegetable producers.

With over 80% of the space already booked, the decision to participate in TSW is increasingly no longer about whether to exhibit, but about which of the remaining locations best meets the needs of a given company.

TSW 2027 will bring together suppliers of machinery and technologies, production inputs, fertilisers, plant protection products, nursery material, irrigation systems, and solutions for storage, sorting, packaging and farm digitalisation.

On 14-15 January 2027, seven halls in Kielce will become a meeting place for the entire industry during one of the most important sector events in Poland and Europe.
