Professor Szczepan A. Pieniążek Awards – Innovations in Horticulture

 

During TSW 2025, the prestigious Professor Szczepan A. Pieniążek Awards were presented, awarded for the most innovative solutions in the horticultural industry. The jury distinguished three products that significantly contribute to the development of modern fruit and vegetable growing:

Agrosimex – distinction for the Pantoea Care microbiological product, supporting the protection of crops against plant diseases and improving their health.


Hortplant Jerzy Dominikowski – award for the new Hobby strawberry variety, characterized by high fruit quality and harvest efficiency.


Royal Brinkman Polska – award for the FRAVEBOT Scout robot, an autonomous device for monitoring the condition of crops, enabling the detection of diseases and pests in greenhouses.


An additional distinction was awarded to Weremczuk FMR for the Maja Automatic ATL shaking and cleaning unit, which improves fruit harvesting and automates work in orchards.

 

 
Professor Pieniążek Awards are an important distinction for producers and innovators in the industry, promoting solutions that increase efficiency and ecological cultivation of plants.
