He runs a consultancy specializing in viticulture and vineyard management and manages his family’s boutique winery in Hustopeče, South Moravia. Additionally, he works as a private champagne sommelier.

Professor at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Head of the Department of Pomology, Nursery Production and Enology at the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Her scientific work focuses on improving technologies for nursery stock production, apple and grapevine cultivation, as well as wine production. She is the author of numerous scientific and applied publications and collaborates with research centers both in Poland and abroad. Combining scientific knowledge with practice, she is co-owner of a grapevine nursery and the Nobilis Vineyard, whose wines have won awards at national and international competitions.

Wojciech Niemiec Biological Products Manager at Agrosimex

Biological Products Manager at Agrosimex. He gained experience through internships at renowned research institutions, including the experimental orchard at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), the Research Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice, and the BASF research station. He also worked in the United States at one of the largest ornamental plant greenhouses, as part of The Ohio State University program. Currently, he is responsible for the development and implementation of biological solutions in crop production, combining scientific knowledge with practice. Privately, he is passionate about horticulture, motorization, and travel; together with his family, he runs a fruit farm focused on the cultivation of blackcurrants and cherries.

For over 30 years he has been associated with the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, working at the Department of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Agrobioengineering. He teaches courses in economics, management, marketing, and production economics, and conducts research on production costs and profitability in horticulture, including viticulture. Author of over 150 scientific and popular science publications. He gained practical experience as a manager at the large-scale horticultural farm Agronom Berries. For more than a decade, he has run his own vineyard in the Roztocze region, combining research with hands-on practice. In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the Tatra Mountains.
